Junoroad started from a simple observation: most vehicle rental options in Pahang were built around solo travellers or corporate needs. Families — with their pushchairs, cooler bags, and requests for just a bit more time at the handover — were an afterthought. We decided to change that.
Founded in Kuantan, Junoroad was set up with one clear purpose: to offer MPV rentals that actually suit Malaysian family travel. That means vehicles with enough boot space for a family's worth of gear, child seat support built into the booking process, and staff who understand that loading a family into a car takes a little longer than loading one person.
We work with a small, well-maintained fleet. Our approach is straightforward — prepare the vehicle properly, communicate clearly, and make the handover and return as low-stress as possible. We're based at 64 Jalan Mahkota in Kuantan, and we serve families across Pahang and beyond.

All vehicles carry up-to-date comprehensive insurance coverage. Documentation is available at handover and customers are briefed on coverage scope.

Rental terms, pricing, deposit conditions, and return expectations are provided in writing before the arrangement is confirmed — no ambiguity at handover.

Personal information collected during booking is used only for the rental arrangement and is not shared with third parties beyond what is required to complete the service.
Scheduled Maintenance Records
Fleet maintenance is tracked with scheduled service intervals. Vehicles are taken off rotation when due for service and returned only when confirmed roadworthy.
