Simply mention it when you make your enquiry and we'll confirm availability for your booking date. Child seat fittings are prepared in advance so the vehicle is ready when you collect it.

What documents do I need to rent a vehicle?

A valid Malaysian driving licence (or international driving permit for foreign nationals) and a valid IC or passport are required. We'll walk you through the full requirements when you enquire.

Is there a deposit required for the rental?

A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of vehicle handover. The exact amount depends on the rental package. Details are shared at booking confirmation so there are no surprises.

Can I travel across states within Malaysia?

Yes, Junoroad vehicles may be used for inter-state travel within Peninsular Malaysia. If you have a specific route or destination in mind, mention it during your enquiry so we can note it in the arrangement.

How does the vehicle handover and return process work?

Collection is from our Kuantan location at the agreed time. We allow extra loading time for families. Return follows the same process — we inspect the vehicle together with you before finalising everything.

Can I extend the rental period if plans change?

Extensions may be possible depending on availability. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change and we'll do our best to accommodate your updated timeline.

What fuel policy applies to the vehicles?

Vehicles are collected with a full tank and are to be returned with a full tank. Fuel type and any specific vehicle notes will be shared during the handover briefing.
